Summary

AI-generated · Feb 28, 2026

Repair services for wing landing flap components must meet a firm 90-day repair turnaround time (RTAT) from the asset’s receipt at the contractor’s facility, with final inspection and acceptance by the government within that RTAT. All asset transactions must be reported in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt, and the Action Date in CAV must reflect the actual receipt date. The contractor must provide a monthly throughput plan for each NSN, and assets must be inducted within 365 days of award; assets received after that window require bilateral agreement for repair. Early and incremental deliveries are encouraged.

Pricing is per unit and appears on the schedule, contingent on meeting the RTAT; if RTAT is not met, price discussions may be negotiated. The contractor must notify the government of any proposed engineering changes affecting components managed under the contract and may not implement changes without written government authorization; change notifications should identify affected part numbers and required approval dates, and the contractor must provide applicable change documentation such as service bulletins or OEM change notifications.
