The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to remove seven (7) existing doors and install seven (7) new commercial (hurricane rated) overhead garage doors (manually opened) with new equipment, proper installation and a manufacturer's warranty at the Welaka NFH Beecher Unit location, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. This award will be made based on Lowest-Price/Technically Acceptable as detailed in FAR 15.101-2. This process is a simplified source selection strategy that permits the best value to the Government resulting from the selection of a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest price. While evaluating quotes, price and technical acceptability/past experience are the two evaluation factors.
