The purpose for this amendment is to extend the due date and time from June 6, 2025 @ 3:00PM Central Time to June 27, 2025 @ 3:00PM Central time and to change the email submission point of contact from Frank N. Sanders email: frank.sanders1@va.gov to Jeneice Matthews email jeneice.matthews@va.gov This amendment will need to be signed and returned with quote submission to be eligible for award. The purpose of this solicitation is for the Contractor to provide collection and laundering of specified wash and fold services of flat goods as applicable at the specified location of the Fisher House- MEDVAMC. All services shall be performed by qualified Contractors who are licensed and authorized to perform the work defined herein. All services shall be completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the state, local, federal, and VA standards as listed in the Performance Work Statement.

The purpose for this amendment is to cancel solicitation 36C25625Q0435 as the government needs do not accurately reflect the requirements as set forth under this request for quote.
