This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure the Fire Extinguisher Cartridge TY61, across three interchangeable part numbers as follows: NSN: 1377-00-174-5024 Part Number: 895409, 895409-1 NSN: 1377-01-660-5592 Part Number: CT02400-1 NSN: 1377-01-563-3603 Part Number: 200810 This RFP is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
