Provide instructional services for an annual fine arts and film academic workshop serving DoDEA students. The four-day, on-site program (typically held in Tokyo) requires English-speaking instructors, logistics support, and teaching materials to mentor up to about 104 high school students and to participate as judges on a review panel using predefined rubrics.

Two tracks: Film Academy (minimum 3 years in motion media fields, proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite, and experience with ENG-style HD cameras and related gear) and Art Academy (minimum 3 years in fine arts/graphic arts/photography plus at least 3 years of combined teaching or instructional experience). Vendors must arrange travel to Tokyo, lodging (on-base option at personal expense), and provide their own teaching materials. Submit a capabilities statement (max 3 pages) with company information, identifiers (DUNS/UEI and CAGE code if available), qualifications, teaching experience, the role(s you can support, and optional past performance or portfolio links and estimated pricing). Responses should be electronic, labeled accordingly; this is market research and does not constitute a bid, with SAM registration required to be eligible for any eventual award.
