Description The USDA intends to issue a Request for BPA Call Order Proposals under the existing USDA?wide Financial Management Support Services BPAs. The Government requires a certified public accounting firm to conduct an Agreed?Upon Procedures (AUP) engagement over the Deepwater Horizon NRDA Restoration Funds. The AUP engagement covers the period of April 2016 through December 31, 2025, and includes verification of the Statement of Receipts and Expenditures and compliance with governing agreements, resolutions, and Standard Operating Procedures. The engagement shall be performed in accordance with GAGAS Chapter 7 and AICPA SSAE 18. Deliverables include the Independent Accountant s AUP Report, a report of procedures and findings, and observations/recommendations. 2. Contract Type A Firm?Fixed?Price call order will be issued under the applicable BPA. 4. Set?Aside Status This BPA call order will remain under the original small business set-aside associated with the BPA Master awards. Only the BPA holders listed in Section 2 are eligible to compete.
