Summary

AI-generated · Nov 22, 2025

Provide 400 each of the MF95 Filter Element, Air Conditioning (Freudenberg Nowovens LP) to the Coast Guard’s Baltimore warehouse. Each unit is configured as four filters in a single box, with a total size of about 24" x 24" x 26". Packaging must meet MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, using a cushioned, double-wall ASTM-D5118 fiberboard box, and each box must be marked to MIL-STD-129R with ISO/IEC-16388-2007 Code 39 barcoding and a multipack sticker. Standard commercial packaging is not allowed, and the four-filter per box configuration must be maintained; items are inspected on delivery and noncompliant PP&M or barcoding will cause rejection.

The award is firm fixed price and all-or-none, anticipated as a non-competitive sole-source action to Freudenberg or an authorized distributor. Offerors must provide an OEM authorization letter proving they are an authorized distributor and that genuine OEM parts will be supplied. Proposals must include DUNS, SAM registration, and the Tax Identification Number, plus responses addressing inverted domestic corporation disclosures per HSAR. Shipments will be to the USCG SFLC Receiving Room, Building 88, Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD.
