ERDC-CERL intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to BossLaser LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Market research indicates that BossLaser LLC is determined to be the only company capable of providing equipment that meets the requirements with all necessary capabilities, features, software integration, services (delivery, unloading, installation, and system-level testing of the equipment, as well as researcher training) and a two-year warranty.
