The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region VI has a need for Ultra Service Plan for Galaxy with a Warranty/Service Contract services. The purpose of this Request for Quote is to seek quotes for a Ultra Service Plan for Galaxy with a Warranty/Service Contract in accordance with the Statement of Work. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12.5 million in annual revenue. Vendors who interested in responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote via email to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than the 12:00 PM CST on July 15, 2025. All inquiries and offers must include "RFQ 70FBR625Q00000031: USP Galaxy" within the naming convention of the submission. In accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services, offerors must have current and complete representations and certifications in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. If your Reps and Certs are current in SAM.gov, no separate submission is required. If you are not registered in SAM.gov or your records are incomplete or outdated, you must complete and submit FAR 52.212-3 with your quote.
