The purpose of this request for quote is to seek quotes for LCR-Offsite Backup Solution to support the FEMA Region VI Denton Campus. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 33411 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors shall be an authorized reseller or distributor of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) products and services. Offerors must include a current letter or certification from HPE or an HPE-authorized distributor confirming their authorization to sell the specific products and services listed in this RFQ. Failure to provide such documentation at the time of quote submission may render the offer technically unacceptable. The Government's range of affordability for this request does not exceed $38,000.00. The offeror is encouraged to submit pricing that is fair, reasonable, and within this anticipated funding range. The delivery terms for this request are 35 days after receipt of order.
