Offerors are also required to complete either the attached Pre-Award Supply Risk Change (SCRM) spreadsheet or the Pre-Award SCRM within the solicitation. Please be sure to clearly indicate on the proposal response all contact information (i.e. account representative name, email addresses and phone numbers). Offerors are shall pay particular attention to Section 7.3.1-06 Identification and Delivery of Proposals-March 2009 of the RFQ for specific proposal submission instructions. Offerors are encouraged to follow up proposal submission to hamjackson@fdic.gov for verification of receipt purposes. Any questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted to Hamilton Jackson at hamjackson@fdic.gov no later than noon, 12:00 p.m. EST Thursday, December 18, 2025. To be considered for this opportunity, offerors shall provide all information required in the RFQ, on or before 1:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
