Offerors are required to utilize the Price Schedule (Section B Attachment) to populate all pricing for all the line items included in the RFQ. Terms and conditions, EULA, or MSA's shall be included with your quote response. Note: The FDIC prefers Government software terms and conditions. Offerors shall refer to Section L and Section M of the RFQ for all submission and evaluation criteria. Each submission shall have the following components (preferably seperated in different volumes) (c) Each offer shall be divided into five (5) separate parts: 1. All references to Option Periods are hereby removed from the previously posted RFQ. 3. Offerors shall complete pricing using the Amendment 1_Pricing Workbook that is attached to this RFQ posting. 4. The due date for quotes are extended till February 25, 2026 1:00pm EST.
