The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B51625Q00000033 for the award of a firm fixed-price construction contract entitled Fire Range Crowning at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Three Rivers. FCI Three Rivers is a federal correctional facility located at 1700 HWY 72 West, Three Rivers, Texas 78071. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work. The purpose of the project is to have the surface of the fire range crowned so that water runs outward, towards the side edges of the range, to prevent flooding on rainy days. The surface of the fire range that needs work covers approximately 12,605 square feet. The performance period for the project will be 14 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. All potential quoters are advised this solicitation includes FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms & Conditions- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (November 2021) and utilizes the System for Award Management database (SAM), formerly Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This clause requires all contractors conducting business with the Federal Government to be registered in the SAM database at http://SAM.gov.
