Summary

AI-generated · Aug 27, 2025

Replace one damaged FuelMaster pedestal (FMU-25000PLUSG) and pull new underground electrical wiring to the fuel island, then reconfigure the existing dispensers and components. Install the new FuelMaster Plus model FMU-25000PLUSG with Prokee Reader, two hose control, and FMPuls Software at/near the Garage, with all labor, materials, wiring, programming, and verification required to remove the old unit and ensure proper operation of the new system. This is a brand-name-only requirement to maintain compatibility with existing components, and the work is to be performed under a firm-fixed-price contract with a 175-day performance period.

Administrative modifications to the solicitation have added and adjusted required clauses and attachments: an initial modification introduced deviations for biobased products and Buy American requirements, plus contract closeout procedures and a drawing; a later modification removes the 52.223-2 deviation and adds 52.236-28 along with DOJ-05, while the drawing remains part of the attachments. Access to the specifications and drawings is via SAM.gov, with secure package upload and MPIN access; bidders must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with the solicitation’s attachment access and size-status requirements.
