The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, intends to issue a solicitation 15B10226Q00000004 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 01, 2026, through March 31, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, PO BOX 888 State Route 716, Ashland, KY 41105. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 4, 2025, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/.
