The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B10626Q00000012 for the award of a firm fixed-price construction contract entitled Precast Joint Replacement FMC at Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Butner. FCC Butner is a federal correctional complex located at Old NC Hwy 75, Butner, North Carolina 27509. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work. The purpose of the project is to replace exterior precast concrete panel control joints, concrete-to-metal window frame joints, louvers, and doors on all elevations, as well as designated expansion joints at the Federal Medical Center (FMC).
