Provide fall protection systems’ annual inspection and recertification for a 12-month base period with four option years. Submit a quotation via the RFQ with a completed Pricing Worksheet; all quotes must be in English and include a price for every line item; incomplete quotes will be rejected. The award will go to the responsible offeror whose conforming quote is most advantageous to the government based on price and technical capability.

Quotations will be evaluated using price and technical capability, with price analysis to judge reasonableness and realism. Include documentation showing that contract personnel performing the work are certified/credentialed to meet the PWS requirements, and identify all subcontractors on Pricing Worksheet page 2. Acknowledge any amendments; failure to provide required information may render the quote non-responsive. Award goes to the lowest-priced quote that provides sufficient documentation showing ability to conform to the PWS. Wage Determination No. 2015-4159, Revision 32 dated 05/13/2026 applies.
