Material Certifications Provide full dimensional inspection reports and material certifications prior to pickup. SLAC approval required before item is picked up. Lead time 12 weeks or better Substantial prior experience successfully e-beam brazing SST flanges to copper for UHV. Substantial prior experience successfully e-beam welding copper parts for UHV. Leak check of subassemblies per drawing specification. Proper UHV part cleaning prior to welding/brazing Precision machining capabilities to meet drawing specifications (tightest tolerance +.000/-.002). Use machining lubricant listed on SC-700-866-47 Titanium nitride coating not required. Lead time of 12 weeks or better Please provide a price and lead time quotation by COB 8/15/2025.
