Summary
AI-generated · Feb 14, 2026A market survey is being conducted to identify vendors who can provide a Commercial off-the-Shelf risk management software solution for the Program Management Office, supporting 75–200 users and four administrators. The objective is to gauge interest and capabilities to inform future acquisition strategy and to determine whether there is adequate competition to set aside the work for small businesses.

This is not a proposal or solicitation for offers, and the agency will not pay for information submitted; costs incurred are the vendor’s responsibility. Note: FAR references in SAM.gov are not applicable; FAA-specific policies in the Acquisition Management System apply.
