The NAICS code is 624230 with a small business size standard of $36.5M. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with T&R Environmental large business) for construction. This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price sole source. The Bath VAMC has an Emergency Stream Restoration and Stabilization project in building 76 project 528A6-25-615. The intent of this effort is is restoration of a flood damaged stream and construction of a retaining wall to protect an adjacent roadway from further erosion. Work includes debris removal, channel regrading, and streambank stabilization. The new retaining wall will be constructed between the stream and roadway to restore slope stability. All work will be coordinated with NYSDEC, and all proper permits will be attained prior to work start. Other persons may identify their interest by responding to this requirement by Thursday July 3, 2025 at 12 noon ET. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
