The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 21 Contracting Office intends to award a sole source procurement to SACRAMENTO METROPOLITAN AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, INC., Sacramento CA for Air Quality Permits and Licensing under NAICS Code 924110 - Administration of Air and Water Resources and Solid Waste Management Programs. The permits will last from 06/12/2026 through 06/11/2027. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7008 due to the sole distributorship and continued need for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
