The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Seeks to obtain services for wastewater discharge sampling for VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). VABHS consists of three primary medical centers located in West Roxbury, Jamaica Plain and Brockton. West Roxbury and Jamaica plain fall under the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA) authority for wastewater discharge and have permits accordingly. Brockton falls under Brockton Water & Sewer likewise and has a discharge permit from the City of Brockton. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: 1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Officer 01 is seeking to purchase the supplies or services described in the following Statement of Work.
