However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.

THIS REQUIREMENT REPLACES SPRHA4-25-Q-0769 IN ITS ENTIRETY. This acquisition is restricted to qualified source(s): Industrial Electronic Engineers (CAGE 05464), Elbit America (CAGE 50218), Battelle Memorial (CAGE 79986) and BAE (CAGE 99789). Award can be made to a vendor; part(s) must be manufactured by a qualified source. Contractors desiring to become a qualified source must submit a qualification package. Please see clause 52.2091 and the attached Manufacturing Qualification Requirement for additional details.
