This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the F-15E Multipurpose Display (MPD) Control Panel Assembly, National Stock Number (NSN) 1290-01-395-2696, Part Number (P/N) PC82040-4. The Government intends to award a single Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for this acquisition. This limited source procurement will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with either Symbolic Displays, Inc. (19565), Transicoil, LLC. (82686), or Collins Aerospace (84T51). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

The Government is releasing a firm-fixed-price Request for Proposal (RFP), on a sole-source basis, to Rockwell Collins Inc. (DBA) Collins Aerospace CAGE 13499.
