First article testing will be required but will be waived if testing has been passed within the last 3 (three) years. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) and be associated with NAICS 314994 on the registration prior to award. First Article Testing (FAT) items must be delivered to the National Technology and Development Program located at 5785 US Hwy 10 West, Missoula, MT 59808, no later than 45 days after award.
