Summary

AI-generated · Jul 21, 2026

Provide quotations for evaluation computer cards that must be brand-name or equal, and new (no remanufactured or gray-market items). Equipment must come with the manufacturer’s warranty, and vendors must be an OEM, an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller so the OEM warranty and ongoing service are provided. Include documentation showing authorized distributor status for the specific items being procured, and ensure all software licensing, warranties, and services follow the OEM terms. Maintenance renewals must start after contract award (no backdating), with any reinstatement fees listed on separate line items.

Quotations should include a technical and price quote via email, include your DUNS number and Cage Code, and reflect SAM registration. The award will consider price and other factors, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach; the government may award to a single offer or multiple offers if that yields the lowest overall cost. Questions must be submitted by email. Terms and conditions are expected to be included in the award without modification unless exceptions are noted. FOB destination is preferred for delivery; if proposing FOB origin, provide estimated shipping charges and packaging details.
