The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract for the MCUTC project. This project is situated just south of Bridge Road and the Grosse Ile Toll Bridge. Project work includes, but is not limited to, mobilizing dredge to the project site, conducting environmental maintenance dredging activities as indicated in project plans using mechanical dredging means, transportation and placement activities of unconsolidated sediments to the Pointe Mouillee Combined Disposal Facility (CDF), other environmental support activities, and demobilizing when work is complete.
