Interested parties are asked to qualify themselves as serious respondents by answering the following questions: Do you routinely monitor the activities of local, state, and Federal boards and commissions in the course of your standard business operations? Have you ever advised clients on the appropriate application of tariffs, taxes, fees, and surcharges on telecommunications invoices? Do you retain individuals or partners whose primary area of expertise relates to telecommunications pricing structures, market conditions, or emerging technologies? Does your current business require you to engineer and manage secure cloud-based databases? Have you ever participated in regulatory hearings or supplied expert witnesses/testimony before local, state, or Federal regulatory dockets? In the course of your standard business operations have you ever prepared and published formal research papers or presentations on emerging telecommunications topics?
