Summary

AI-generated · Apr 04, 2026

Engineering and logistical support for USAF TH-1H and UH-1N (H-1) helicopter platforms to provide technical expertise and access to OEM proprietary data, including structural and component data, drawings, qualification data, and analysis techniques needed to adequately maintain OSS&E (operational, safety, suitability, and effectiveness) for the H-1 fleet.

A sole-source award to Bell Helicopter is anticipated due to the proprietary data and specialized engineering knowledge required. The contractor must furnish all materials, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services, and will be responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility. Replacement parts must meet or exceed the quality of the original. Responses to this market research request are information only (not proposals) and participation does not guarantee future solicitations or awards; no reimbursement will be provided for response costs. Full RFI instructions are in the download section, with a stated response deadline in the RFI.
