The offeror is to submit a North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors License with the "S' classification ("S" is designated for Roofing), or equivalent license in the state of Offer's business registration. C. Provide warranty for all Workmanship for a duration of 10 years or longer. D. A technical proposal that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements set out in the Statement of Work (SOW).
