1. This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 124 E. Hwy 67 Suite 100 Duncanville Texas 75134. 2. Background and Requirement: The South Texas Veteran healthcare System has a requirement for a Endoscopy Dri-Stor Cabinet and Installation to support the Kerrville Texas GI Clinic. See Attached Statement of Work 3. The VA is particularly looking for items manufactured in the Unites States. 4. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 5. Any responses to this notice are requested by 3:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday 13 January 2026.
