THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for EMERGENCY REPORTING SOFTWARE 5285 Sharnee Road, Suite 500, Alexandria, VA 22312. This procurement is for Emergency reporting software subscription is in support of USCG Base Kodiak Fire Department. The NAIC Code for this procurement is 541519 and the size standard is $34 million. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. E-9 Corporation is the only authorized provider for this software. USCG Base Kodiak, Kodiak AK 99619 will be the procuring entity for this effort. Performance will be located at Kodiak, AK 99619. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 20 Sep 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Alaska time. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
