The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates the need for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Emergency Replace Refrigeration Units at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Victorville located in Victorville, California. FCC Victorville is a Federal Correctional Complex located at 13777 Air Expressway Blvd., Victorville, CA 92394. The project consists of a qualified and licensed contractor capable of providing all the necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to replace 4 big condensing ground units and 14 evaporator coils with 5 remote condensing units and 14 evaporative coils located behind the food service outside warehouse at FCC Victorville, as specified in the statement of work. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range.) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors) with a corresponding small business size standard of $19,000,000. The FBOP is seeking small business contractors for this project.
