The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Emergency Replace B-Unit Chiller at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC Alderson), located in Alderson, West Virginia. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: Emergency Replace B-Unit Chiller The successful contractor shall provide labor, equipment, parts, materials and supplies to provide the following: Remove the existing McQuay Chillers (Asset# B-CHIL-1-ALD, Model AGZ110BS12-ER11, 110-ton, Serial # STNU050400073; Asset# B-CHIL-2-ALD, Model AGZ110BS12-ER11, 40-ton, Serial # STNU050400074) and replace them with two (2) new chillers that have equal to or greater cooling capacity and efficiency.
