This requirement is for: The purpose of this purchase is to conduct Emergency Communications Center (ECC) video wall system upgrade The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved Single Source Justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 561621. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $25.0 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will NOT be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA282325Q0066 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 1/17/2025. This solicitation is designated for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial service is 561621; the small business size standard is $25.0 Million . Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement for E mergency Communications Center Video Wall System Upgrade See attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement consists of one (1) line items: CLIN 0001: The Governments intent is to award a single firm-fixed price contract between the Government and the Contractor. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for the any bid preparation costs. All quotes shall be valid until 30 September 2025. All questions are due NLT 20 August 2025 at 9:00 AM. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Offerors are required to provide their Contractor s DUNS Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://sam.gov. Offerors must have a current SAM record prior to receiving an award for this solicitation. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quote has been received and is legible.
