This RFI is being issued to inquire about performing and servicing three (3) elevators located at the USAYPG, AZ. The service contract consists of performing and servicing three (3) elevators located at USAYPG, AZ in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include monthly preventative maintenance, annual certification by certified state technician, and infrequent emergency call outs. Overview of services required: Provide monthly preventive maintenance and repair of three (3) elevators at USAYPG. Routine service shall consist of examination, minor adjustment, cleaning, and lubricating the equipment. All lubrication frequencies and types of lubricants will meet the manufacturer s specifications. Provide monthly and annual inspection of elevators. Respond to emergency call outs when required. Provie annual elevator certification by certified state technician for all three (3) elevators.
