This solicitation covers the design of an elevator with vestibule for accessibility from the main entrance to 2 upper floors inside a U.S. Government-owned building, to meet the ABA (Architectural Barriers Act) requirements. The project involves - but is not limited to - the following: Factory and assembly planning, delivery and assembly according to the American Architectural Barriers Act (ABA guidelines) Machine room-less cable elevator with shaft pit, elevator with multiple doors, 3 stops Cabin layout and door width according to the ABA guidelines The elevator will be mounted inside a steel-glass tower over 3 floors Submission to the building authority department MA37A for elevator building permit TUEV preliminary inspection and TUEV acceptance All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
