This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is 75N98026Q00463 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 423450 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is set aside for total small business. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a vendor who can provide the following: Elevate cTMS System Elevate TMS Stimulator 1 each 70mm Cooled fig-8 coil Med inductance 1 each On-site installation and training 1 charge Shipping 1 charge The equipment shall have the following: Elevate TMS Stimulator Touch-screen interface computer Variable pulse shapes Positive and negative uni-directional repetitive bi-phasic and unidirectional pulses Variable pulse widths Capable of Thetaburst External control via Ethernet Prototype unit, pre-certification outside Canada 70mm Cooled fig-8 coil Med inductance 16?H Inductance Air cooled BI handle This will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services (May 2024) (Deviation Feb 2025) with its offer.
