Provide electrical support services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement to rapidly respond to and perform maintenance, repair, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for a broad range of electrical and related systems at facilities within the Pittsburgh District footprint (and potentially sites within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division). Work will be issued as Calls and may cover 24/7 emergency support and routine tasks across power distribution, lighting, security, and industrial systems.

Scope includes DC/AC power distribution up to 2,400 VAC, utility pole equipment, interior/exterior lighting, transformers and power conditioning, automatic transfer switches, generators, solar and battery storage, fire alarms, building management and access control, cameras and sensing systems, and data cabling (fiber, coax, Ethernet). Also includes electrical and mechanical wiring for large equipment, industrial control systems (PLC-based), inspection, testing and commissioning, trenching for underground conduits, temporary power for emergencies, preventive maintenance (thermography, megger tests, panel/cabinet maintenance), non-destructive testing, and minor carpentry/concrete work. Selected contractors must meet all technical, safety, and security requirements; the BPA does not guarantee any calls or workloads, and the agreement lasts three years, with contractors providing all labor, equipment, and materials for each call.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement to acquire Electrical Services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
