INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), Management & Operating Contractor of Idaho National Laboratory (INL) for U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors capable of providing Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) covered electrical services for BEA-managed properties. BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. To sustain safe and reliable operations, BEA seeks vendors who can provide electrical services covered by SCLS. Electrical services include preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, installation/relocation/modification of existing systems not covered by Davis Bacon Act, Lockout Tagout Support, and third party management where specialized electrical services are necessary. Selected vendors will be expected to: Provide qualified and appropriately licensed Journeyman Electricians. Ensure adherence to INL safety, hazard analysis, and work control processes.
