This Sources Sought is looking for a contractor to provide all necessary personnel, services, test equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and subcontracting to perform non-personal services for engineering, acquisition, operation, maintenance, installation, removal, and repair of electrical equipment and systems supporting RQ, with workload varying due to the dynamic nature of research and development. All tasks must be completed in accordance with generally accepted engineering standards and practices.

Any government material handling vehicles and equipment used must be operated in accordance with Wright Patterson AFB policies and procedures. This notice references an attached Performance Work Statement for full requirements, and indicates the market capability and interest will be gauged through this Sources Sought.
