Design, supply, and install an Electric Power Resiliency system for Building 30 at Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (Tracy). The project includes designing and installing a solar PV parking structure over the East parking lot, with multiple PV panels, charging stations, inverters, metering, wiring, distribution conduits, mounting, transformers, disconnects, trenching, and controls. All solicitation documents are posted in the PIEE Solicitation Module (with a link referenced from SAM.gov), and questions should be submitted in writing to the designated Acquisition Specialist. Amendments may be issued up to the bid due date, and bidders must acknowledge them to avoid ineligibility.
