Requirement Background: The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Environmental Laboratory (EL), Environmental Processes Branch (EPB) requires an Electric Fusion Fluxer and accessories to support ongoing research related to the determination, characterization, and use of Rare Earth Elements (REE).
