AI-generated · Aug 23, 2025

Renovate the existing 14 CS space in B730 to co-locate SAPR and IPW offices. The contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools to complete the renovation, including minor HVAC, fire protection/sprinkler, interior finishes, lighting replacement, construction of a shared conference room, and a storage room for IPW, in accordance with the SOW, concept design drawings, and applicable AF requirements and codes.

Access to drawings and related CUI documentation requires completing MFR Contractor CUI Training and signing the CUI acknowledgment, after which access to locked SAM.gov documents will be granted. Proposals are to be submitted electronically. The amendment lowers the period of performance from 274 days to 90 days. A site visit is planned with RSVP required and DoD Safe electronic submission; attendees must bring a valid photo ID and follow base entry procedures. RFIs are due by the stated deadline, and the project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 with funding contingent on appropriation.
