The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to increase the value of its existing EEO Investigative Services Support task order with S.J. Bashen Inc. (Bashen) via sole source modification, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) procedures in accordance with authority 41 U.S.C. 152(3). The Government has determined that in the interest of economy and efficiency the additional requirements are a logical follow-on to the work currently being performed by Bashen. Specifically, the changed requirement increases the number of investigations from 35 to 50, modifies the number of maximum issues from 25 to 40, and the number of Final Agency Decisions from 5 to 12. The period of performance is unchanged from the original effort. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted, however if any firm believes they can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contract Specialist no later than 1:00pm EST on July 15, 2025. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Points of contact for this requirement are Collin M. Larson, Contracting Specialist, Collin.M.Larson@nga.mil or Haydee L. Soto-Carreras, Contracting Officer, at Haydee.L.SotoCarreras@nga.mil.
