The acquisition strategy is a One-Time Supply. The Bay Lift(s) allow the mechanics to safely work up inside the ECS Bay and the Ammo Bay of the F15 making it a vital versatile tool. Both the ECS Bay and the Ammo Bay can only be accessed from the bottom of the aircraft which makes any work be above their heads. A brief consolidation of these assigned tasks for the Eagle Passive Aggressive Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) (TCTO 889) mod include drilling, bucking rivets, sanding, grinding, removing/installing ducts, tubing, brackets ,coax, flex foam, wiring, valves, pumps, motors and classified LRUs (Line Replaceable Unit). All of the items listed are essential in accomplishing the EPAWSS mod here at Robins AFB. The ECS Bay Lift will enable Robins AFB to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and ensure that the performance goals are met efficiently. The Contractor shall provide drawings to the Government for review prior to beginning fabrication of the ECS Bay Lifts. The Contractor shall electronically send the drawings in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) to the Government Point of Contacts (POCs) within six (6) weeks after contract award. The Contractor shall relinquish ownership of the designs to Robins AFB. The Government shall review the drawings and approve them within two (2) weeks of receiving the drawings.
