The E-Control Systems hardware is designed and manufactured in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards 9001 (Quality), 17025 (Calibration), and 27001 (Security). The FusionLive software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This software is licensed, not sold. E-Control Systems is the only certified source providing licenses and software updates and upgrades necessary to support the operation of the FusionLive temperature and humidity monitoring system. E-Control Systems, Inc is the only source identified that provides the experience and resources necessary to fulfill all maintenance, calibration, software support service requirements in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers Requirements. Services provided by a third-party, non-authorized dealer may potentially void active warranties and fail OEM requirements resulting in non-compliant equipment.
