Procedure used to solicit and award contract: FAR Part 13 Projected Period of Performance: 10/01/2025 09/30/2026 Set-aside: Total Small Business Project Description: In accordance with the Statement of Work the Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, materials services, skills, transportation, supervision, tools and equipment needed to perform the maintenance of tree tubes; herbicide application around tree tubes; herbicide treatment and deer repellant application around trees without tubes; installation of pole gates. Optional tasks include replacement of stock; Farm Gate & post installation; removal of trash farm debris; removal of two cattle waterers and cut/cap off any pipe at concrete level This procurement will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry, and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5M. Location The contract area is within the boundaries of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests, Lee District in Page County, VA, and Warren County, VA.
