An Ability One affiliated, non-profit agency, solely manufacturers the required test kits as well as provides all other required items listed in the Purchase Description. As a result, The Ability One manufacturer represents the only capable source to support this action by way of the Ability One program. The Air National Guard Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) require to provide urine specimen bottles supplies to 91 units and territories in a quarterly basis.
