The objective of this performance work statement (PWS) is for the contractor to provide labor and equipment necessary to demo & depose of existing water fountains & install four government provided Elkay EZH2O LZS8WSSK Water Bottle Refilling Station W/Filter at one location on Ft. Wainwright at the Mission Training Complex, 3437 Luzon Avenue, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. See Attachment Two for the two 1st floor locations & see Attachment Three for the two 2nd floor locations. All work shall be in accordance with all installation, state, and Federal codes and laws.

The purpose of this amendment is to update the scope, add a site visit & to "x" FAR 52.225-1 - BUY AMERICAN-SUPPLIES inside FAR CLAUSE FAR 52.212-5. The Site Visit will be August 6, 2025 at 1000 am in the lobby of B3437 on Ft Wainwright, Alaska.
